Enhance new contact activity card
The new contact activity screen is nice but has a serious flaw that needs to be addressed- there is currently no way to see the year an activity happened so essentially we are gambling on whether we emailed someone last week or last year. The Last Contacted column in search results also does not match up with recorded data (see attached screenshot). This is a critical issue. The scheduled activity screen is broken (see attached screenshot), it says all 15 steps of a campaign will go out simultaneously at whatever time you clicked on 'scheduled activity' Additional suggestions- make it easier to quickly identify if someone is in a campaign currently- having to click on scheduled steps to see if someone has a campaign scheduled to go out is inefficient you should be able to tell on the very first screen after clicking on a profile. display the comments section in the dead space under the contact information

Track candidates responses per email stage
We would like to be able to see when candidates reply for each campaign per email stage (1st email, 2nd email, 3rd email, etc..)

Contacts on multiple campaigns simultaneously
We often run campaigns for different jobs that target the same contacts. Our campaigns are very specific and we highlight details of the position in our outreach. Because of this, we often have contacts in active campaigns that we want to include in a new campaign. It would be great if there was an option to acknowledge that someone is already on an active campaign, but then be able to add them to another active campaign. And this should apply across the organization (or have the option to apply across the org) so even if my colleague is running a campaign where a contact is assigned, I could run a separate campaign with that same person.

Download 'Live Feed' Report!!
I think a simple but very effective feature could be to download Live Feed. I find the current feature very slow and clicky, have to press next page every 10 or so and then having to scroll up again. It would be brilliant if we could download a report of it choosing a date from 'Last 24 hours' or '7 days' etc etc. Then the consultant can take action on this far easier and share to their whole team in meetings or directly

Custom Variable - can we have labels for them?
Hi, Is it possible to modify the Custom Variables feature so that we can add labels to let us know what it's intended use is in that particular sequence? When we have multiple campaigns running, and each uses the Custom Variables for different reasons, it's tough getting them right. Here's a screenshot from the User Guide to show what we see, it's not possible to know from this view what the Custom Variable field is to be used for.

Pls add "Bounced" to Stage option
Good morning, here something that would make our life as a user much easier. After making my monthly reports I found it really time consuming finding all contacts in my campaigns who's email bounced back. It would be really helpful if there would be an option in the "Stage" where we can change the status to "bounced". That would help making the stats and reduce manual work. Thanks.

Allow multiple variations for A-B testing
Instead of only being able to test 2 different email variations at a time, it would be really useful to test multiple (unlimited) versions at a time. Allowing users to find the most effective email copy faster.

Override "These contacts won't be added, as they are already on a campaign"
Give us the option to override this if it is our OWN campaign. I can understand the reason(s) for not allowing users to override this if the contact is in SOMEONE ELSE's campaign (lot's of potential issues there) - but if they are in your own campaign, overriding this makes sense. Example: I put someone in an email only campaign, but they connect with me on LinkedIn. I decide I want to put them into a new 'follow up' campaign specific to LinkedIn messages but I can't put them straight in. I can't put them in because they're still 'live' in the email campaign. Even if I mark them as replied they're still locked into in the email campaign. So I have to go the email campaign and press 'stop outreach' manually, reload the chrome extension and only then can I add them into the new campaign. Let us override this for contacts in our own campaigns.
