I know we have the default note action types that map to Bullhorn based on the activity but they don't always align with what happens. When going through the call list it would be nice if where the notes are being typed we could have the option to select the note type as well. When logging the call there should be an option to select the note action type. Sometimes we leave a voicemail if someone doesn't answer so we would like that note to be logged as "left message" sometimes we don't leave a voicemail so we would like that note to be "no answer" and when we do get an answer the conversation may vary so that also would be different note type options. This helps keep our data/tracking clean and accurate.
