To save going into LiveFeed all the time, can it ping inside the browser or into your emails, so I can act immediately, rather than when I next check the LiveFeed, please?

It would be useful to be notified when someone has opened or clicked your email multiple times - that way you can amend the follow up approach. For example, an email that notifies you that x opened the email 4 times.
