It would be nice to be able to create a candidate hot list inside SourceWhale. I constantly come across candidates that don't match current openings but have a hard time keeping track of them. I use a speadsheet. A hot list inside SourceWhale would be so helpful and easier to keep track of people. You could also search on hot list parameters.
