Currently, the SW conversations app is programed to allow 5 rings before the personalized VM greeting kicks in. This is too many rings and will lose callbacks because people will hang up. This should be customizable to 0-10 rings, etc. Zero rings when away from home or computer, for example and can then immediately either activate VM greeting or be rerouted to the forwarded number. Otherwise, 3-4 rings should be max before VM kicks in, or rerouted if forwarding number is provided.
