Attribute "user assigned to step" for reporting results instead of user that adds contacts to campaign.

It seems that the default is to attribute stats/reporting to the user that adds the contacts to the campaign instead of the campaign owner or user assigned to the step.
Because we use an assistant to build and populate campaigns none of our users are getting credit for activities. This seems like a common sense back-end fix to attribute stats to the user assigned to the step instead of the user adding the contacts.
This is especially true because sometimes we cross-collaborate on campaigns to "code-switch" and will have one user assigned to the first step and another user assigned to the second step. This is a workaround we've found that allows multiple users to reach out to the same list of people and has yielded us some great results. But, again it's impossible to track in the reporting.
