An ability to amend every step of a campaign for an individual contact, not just the next one via the outbox.

We would like an ability to edit each of the different steps by contact once a campaign is live - not just the next step that is due to go out for that contact in the live campaign via the outbox function. We've had a situation whereby we've identified an error (a reference to “a role” instead of “roles” within the email for a particular contact who was advertising more than one role), but can't edit all future emails that make this same reference. So we're left with having to try and remember to keep checking when the next email is due to go out in order to edit it, which massively increases the risk of forgetting to do it.

Hi Albert Ryan,
Thanks for your feature suggestion. You are able to edit all future steps at a contact level. Your outbox will show all scheduled emails due to send and you have the ability to edit any of the steps here, not just the next step that is due to go out.
I have filmed a quick screen share, where you can see I have step 2 and step 3 scheduled to send and I'm able to edit the content for both of these steps for that contact. (https://www.loom.com/share/dea12db62f32491b83ff14e4195b341c)
Hope this helps,

Thanks for your video here. What I would say is it would be much better to be able to do this from within the campaign. Rather than coming out of it and having to remember the name of the contact and click about to find them. It seems a bit clunky to have to do that.
Just was reading the above request and I agree with the OP.

Jenny Bull Hi Jenny. You can also do this within the campaign if you wish to make amendments to all contacts who are currently on the campaign.
For example, if you add contacts and then realise you want to edit or add a step they haven't received yet, you can edit as normal, save the campaign and then you will receive a modal similar to this (however, please note if steps are edited on mass in this way, any personalisations made in the extension will be overwritten). Thanks!
