We are trying to make sure that our consultants are using the multi-channel approach i.e. using the phone, two email steps, LinkedIn connection requests and InMails. It would be great to have a report that shows how many records consultants have sourced, how many have been approached via phone, how many went through the email steps and so forth with LinkedIn. Also, it would be beneficial to see how many records are stuck in each stage past their set date
